Intermediate IT Support Technician
We are looking for an Intermediate IT Support Technician to join our team! The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone calls, voice mail, and e-mail requests for assistance from customers experiencing problems with hardware, networking, and other network related technologies.

Respond to customer trouble reports in a professional manner and on a timely basis.

Participate in on-call rotation with other Lantern Hill IT staff members

Follow up with the customers on a regular basis ensuring customer satisfaction

Escalate problems to senior staff members when prompt resolution is not possible.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' work experience in IT support
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Strong analytical skills in identifying, understanding and resolving problems
- Degree/diploma would be beneficial
